10:30am Sunday Service

St Philip’s 10.30AM Service is filled with families who enjoy a contemporary style of worship which is led by a lively Music Group. Care is taken to teach regularly new worship songs which help create opportunities for intimacy with God.

We welcome children of all ages to worship, and we work hard to make church relevant for them by providing opportunities for them to join in main acts of worship and receive Christian teaching in small groups.

The Service is designed to be user-friendly for everyone, with words, images and video clips on our flat screens. There is always an opportunity to receive prayer for any need at the end of the service. The service lasts about 75 minutes, and even when it runs over, lots of people enjoy the opportunity to gather for a chat over a nicely brewed coffee or tea.

Of course, Church is far more than our Sunday Services...

The people of St Philip’s work hard to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere in order to help people find their place in this Christian community. The welcome extends to people from 0-92yrs old.

After each morning service refreshments are provided to give everyone an opportunity to meet up and catch up.

Belonging:
A whole series of ways are provided to help you belong to St Phil’s. We welcome everyone and remain convinced that small groups are essential to the life of the church. We regularly hold a Welcome Group for anyone new and for people who want to explore what Christians believe. Cell Groups take place midweek so that people can find friendship, support and prayer while reflecting on faith issues. Please ask our cell group coordinator if you would like to know more details.

Believing:
Penn Fields Parish hold to traditional biblical teachings and align with the Evangelical Alliance ‘Basis of Faith’ which can be seen on the EA website at http://www.eauk.org
