Discipleship

With one of our core values being “Lifelong Discipleship,” we cannot begin to express the importance we give to growing and maturing in our faith in and love for God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

This begins from childhood and children are given opportunities to grow in their faith through “Church Light” activities and in a midweek cell group. We have a thriving Youth Cell which as well as encouraging study of scripture encourages and supports our young adults to take their place in serving God in the church and community.

Adults also have the opportunity to join one of many Cell Groups, and additional to these our faith can be explored further through the various courses offered from time to time. These range from the "Welcome Group" for newcomers, "Emmaus", which offers nurture for those new to faith in Jesus Christ, Alpha for those exploring Christianity, and "Freedom in Christ” which explores the fullness of life we have each been given and how we can throw off all that hinders us living in freedom.

We are constantly looking for new ways to help people engage more fully with their Saviour Jesus Christ and to grow in their faith journey.
